Yes, delivery, collection, setup and briefing is free within 30 minutes of Russels Hall Hospital per castle, beyond that up to 1 hr we charge £20 per booking, unless booked for more than 1 day, in which case there is no setup charge. We offer delivery and setup services to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers. Our team will deliver and set up the bouncy castle at your chosen location, and after the event, we will handle the takedown and collection.
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the case of inclement weather, such as heavy rain or strong winds, we prioritise safety and may need to reschedule or cancel the booking. We will work closely with you to find a suitable solution in such situations.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Please discuss your preferred payment option with our team during the booking process.
We strongly advise you to cancel or reschedule as early as possible, as we are often booked long in advance.
Cancellation rates are as follows:
There is no deposit if we are delivering to a home address.
If we are setting up in a public space then personal ID or £100 deposit may be requested.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
