We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the availability of your desired bouncy castle. Popular times, such as weekends and holidays, tend to get booked quickly, so it's best to secure your reservation in advance. 

Our standard rental duration is typically 4-6 hours of play time. However, we are flexible and can discuss longer rental periods based on your event's requirements. 

Yes, each bouncy castle has a recommended age / size limit mentioned in its description. It's important to adhere to these guidelines to ensure the safety of all participants.

Absolutely! We prioritize safety and regularly inspect and maintain our equipment to the highest standards. Our bouncy castles are made from durable materials and comply with all relevant safety regulations.

Yes, we have comprehensive liability insurance to provide coverage in the unlikely event of accidents or damages, caused as a result of equipment failure or T&Z negligence. However, we expect our customers to use the equipment responsibly and follow the safety guidelines provided.

Yes, delivery, collection, setup and briefing is free within 30 minutes of Russels Hall Hospital per castle, beyond that up to 1 hr we charge £20 per booking, unless booked for more than 1 day, in which case there is no setup charge. We offer delivery and setup services to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers. Our team will deliver and set up the bouncy castle at your chosen location, and after the event, we will handle the takedown and collection. 

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the case of inclement weather, such as heavy rain or strong winds, we prioritise safety and may need to reschedule or cancel the booking. We will work closely with you to find a suitable solution in such situations. 

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Please discuss your preferred payment option with our team during the booking process. 

We strongly advise you to cancel or reschedule as early as possible, as we are often booked long in advance. 

Cancellation rates are as follows:

• More than 28 days notice, full refund given 
• 14 - 28 days notice reschedule offered or 50 % refund given 
• 7-14 days notice discretionary refund up to 50%
• Less than 7 days notice, no refund given 

There is no deposit if we are delivering to a home address.

If we are setting up in a public space then personal ID or £100 deposit may be requested.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

1.  In the unlikely event that T&Z Event Hire is unable to fulfill the booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment damage, safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances), we will notify the client as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule the booking.
2. T&Z Event Hire will not be held liable for any additional costs or damages incurred by the client due to our cancellation, beyond the refund or rescheduling of the booking.
